Join an upcoming webinar on December 14 entitled, The Ins and Outs of Getting Approved for SSDI Benefits

On December 14 at 1pm ET, U.S. Pain is hosting a discussion on Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI). At least 50 millions Americans endure pain every day, and 20 million of those individuals are living with “high-impact” pain, or pain that severely impacts daily life. The stress, confusion, and uncertainty that comes with the application process can be overwhelming for patients.

The pandemic has given rise to long haul COVID, a condition found in one out of four COVID-19 patients. It is marked by long-term debilitating symptoms which include muscle and joint pain, difficulty breathing, headache, and cough. To learn more about this condition and the benefits those impacted may be entitled to, read part one of our three part SSDI series.

Moderated by U.S. Pain Foundation CEO Nicole Hemmenway, “The Ins and Outs of Getting Approved for SSDI Benefits with Pain-Related Conditions” will feature  T.J. Geist, Allsup Principal Advocate, who will share vital information on the process of applying and getting for SSDI benefits for individuals who live with pain-related conditions.  As an industry expert on Social Security disability topics, Geist will touch on some of the obstacles and keys to success, including the value of expert advocacy for claims that may need to be appealed at the hearing level.
