Share Your Story for Pain Awareness Month

As part of its “Let’s Talk About Pain” campaign, U.S. Pain Foundation invites you to share your 1,000-character (approximately 200 words) story about living with pain during Pain Awareness Month this September. Things to consider discussing in your story: how were you diagnosed? What does your pain feel like? What treatments help you? What can and can’t you do because of pain? Why do you believe in raising awareness? How do you help raise awareness?

A handful of the stories and photos shared will be selected to be featured in a post on our blog, “Remedy,” in October. All who submit will also receive a free Pain Awareness Month bracelet in the mail (pictured at right.)
