INvisible Project

U.S. Pain Foundation’s flagship program, the Invisible Project, creates chronic pain awareness through the stories and photographs of real people living with pain.

Ambassador Network

Pain ambassadors are volunteers who represent the organization in their communities. They help other individuals in need, organize educational events, and more.

Advocacy Network

With the help of our volunteers, who submit testimony, write letters, make calls, sign petitions, and attend lobby days, we work to positively influence pain-related state and federal policy.

Pain Awareness Month

Each September, U.S. Pain hosts a number of activities, events, and campaigns to both empower and educate pain warriors and to increase awareness in the general public.

Medical cannabis program

U.S. Pain offers a designated medical cannabis program led by two expert advocates. The program seeks to increase safe, fair access to medical cannabis for people with chronic pain.

Pain warrior bracelets

Our rainbow of colors represents all the many different conditions that cause pain. The bracelet itself is a constant reminder that we are strong, that we are warriors in the fight against pain.
