AMAZONSMILE
U.S. Pain Foundation has joined AmazonSmile. Simply visit http://smile.amazon.com/ and choose U.S. Pain Foundation as the organization you wish to support.
Each time you make a purchase through AmazonSmile, Amazon will give 0.5% of your purchase to U.S. Pain in a form of a donation. You will find the exact same prices and products as Amazon.com, but with the added bonus that Amazon will donate a portion of the purchase price to us. It is that easy and there is NO COST to you!
PENNY WARS
The Penny War on Pain is a fundraiser designed specifically for schools to easily participate in. The program teaches kids about the importance of helping others and provides a fun, feel-good, school-wide competition.
The basis of Penny Wars is to raise as much money as possible with the smallest denomination. The school is split into grade or homeroom. Each penny added by a student is a positive point for his or her team. Students then can sabotage the other grades or classes by dropping denominations larger than a penny into other classes’ bins, which counts for negative points for the class receiving them.

DINE TO DONATE
Many chain restaurants will offer Dine to Donate options for charities. These events are easy to set up and offer a great opportunity to raise awareness as well as funds to support the programs of U.S. Pain Foundation. Some of the restaurants offering Dine to Donate are: IHOP, Applebee’s, Friday’s, Houlihan’s and many others.
How It Works: Speak to the manager at your local restaurant to find out if they will host an event. Once a date is secured, U.S. Pain will help you set up a flyer to hand out and post in other local establishments to promote the event. We will also post on our events calendar and promote through social media. The day of the event, we will provide you with handout material to give to all patrons of the restaurant. This will help raise awareness for those living with chronic pain.
Following the event, simply send a check along with the donation form to:
U.S. Pain Foundation
c/o Fundraiser
15 North Main Street, Suite 100
West Hartford, CT, 06107
U.S. Pain Foundation will send out a thank-you acknowledgement once the donations are received.
We also ask that you send us in a picture the day you are hosting the event so we can acknowledge and promote on our social media as well as website.
