Are you a kid or teen living with pain that doesn’t go away? Whether it’s CRPS, migraine, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, juvenile arthritis, or any other condition, we know that living with chronic pain when you’re young can be really hard. You might feel like no one truly understands what you’re going through.

At the U.S. Pain Foundation, we hear you. We see you. We believe your voice matters—and we need your voice today!

That’s why we created “Growing Up With Chronic Pain” — a survey just for young people ages 8 to 17 (if you’re 18 or older, please take our adult survey). This is your chance to tell us what your life with pain is really like. Your answers will help us show health care providers, teachers, lawmakers, friends, and even your family what it’s like to grow up with pain—so that they can better understand and support you.

You don’t have to share your name, and nothing you say will be linked to who you are. Your responses are completely anonymous and private, and there are no right or wrong answers—just your honest experience.

When you take the survey, you’re not just sharing your story. You’re helping other kids with pain feel less alone. You’re helping researchers and doctors know what really matters to you. And you’re showing the world that kids with pain are strong, smart, and deserve to be heard.

The survey is only open for a short time, so take it today—and help us make sure every young person with pain feels seen, believed, and supported.
