To provide more support and tips for self-management during the pandemic, U.S. Pain’s Pain Connection program is launching an interactive series, “Building Your Toolbox.” Each meeting in the series will focus on discussing a different pain modality with an expert in the field.

The series will be done as a videoconference using the Zoom platform, so participants can see and hear one another, and speak directly with the presenters. (Please note that you have the ability to turn your camera/microphone off.)

Meetings will be held on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30 pm ET beginning May 5 and will be led by Pain Connection’s Gwenn Herman and long-time New Hampshire group leader Bobbi Blades.

The first meeting will be focused on movement, and ways you can use movement to help decrease your pain. John White, a leader in the renaissance of Pilates and the integration of movement education and health, will be our guest speaker. John began his study of the Pilates method 36 years ago and is a Master Teacher, having taught for the past 25 years. John is sought out for his ability to work with challenging physical conditions, such as Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, spondylitis, scoliosis, chronic pain, and rehabilitation.

Thank you to our sponsor, Johnson & Johnson, for supporting this program.
