How to Sleep Better
This month’s event topic will be on sleep hygiene with David Hall. Hall will discuss the importance of sleep and will explain how to achieve a restful night’s sleep, despite chronic pain.
Hall is a Certified Health and Wellness coach specializing in Chronic Pain Management and anyone wanting a better quality of life. David has overcome significant chronic pain, including Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), lower back pain, and migraine.
He is the author of “Striving to Thriving – A practical resource for reclaiming your life from chronic pain,” to be published later this year. His podcast, “Striving to Thriving,” is available on major podcast platforms such as iHeart Radio, Apple Podcast, Spotify, and Google Podcasts.

Building Your Toolbox is unique in that it is held in a meeting format on Zoom, so participants can see, hear, and interact with the speaker and one another. At the end of a short presentation by the speaker, participants will have a chance to ask her questions directly. The conversation will be guided by Gwenn Herman, LCSW, DCSW, Clinical Director of Pain Connection, and long-time support group leader, Bobbi Blades.
