No matter what health issue you deal with, your experience is unique. Sharing your reality and your feelings about it can help groups develop more effective treatments and interventions in the future.

CRPS Patient Survey

If you’re a pain warrior with complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), you know that it’s poorly understood and difficult to treat. As someone who lives with it every day, you’re the expert! Sharing your knowledge and experiences is key to helping develop a more in-depth understanding of the condition.

Patinet groups, including U.S. Pain Foundation, have partnered with Grünenthal to create a survey to try to understand the day-to-day reality of living with CRPS. It will take about 35 minutes (though there is an option to pause and return if you’re not feeling well) and all answers are anonymous. The survey covers everything from diagnosis to the effect that CRPS has on your daily life and relationships.

CHAMP Headache Disease Patient Access Survey

CHAMP (Coalition for Headache And Migraine Patients) is also sponsoring an important survey about chronic migraine disease in order to better understand patients’ experiences with the condition, including interactions with health care providers, treatments, and insurance providers. It will only take 15-20 minutes and everyone is eligible to enter a drawing for a $25 Amazon gift card, with more entries going to those who complete the survey. All answers are anonymous, and there is an option to pause and return to the survey.

The more people who respond to this survey, the more information CHAMP has and the better they can communicate with health care professionals, insurers, state and federal lawmakers, and other agencies that fund and conduct research. You will be able to view any reports produced from these data on the website (www.headachemigraine.org).
