Fight Gone Bad

What is Fight Gone Bad:

Fight Gone Bad is a fundraiser in the form of a CrossFit workout. The workout consists of five different movements and three consecutive rounds. When CrossFit Headquarters decided to no longer lead this fundraiser workout of the day, CrossFit gyms around the nation had the opportunity to continue this event as an independent fundraiser, highlighting a charity they wish to support.

Since 2012, each October, CrossFit Los Altos has been sweating (and raising funds!) on behalf of U.S. Pain Foundation to support the pain community by raising awareness.

How it works:

  1. Register
  2. Donate to receive your own FGB/U.S. Pain T-shirt
  3. Start Raising Funds! Use your social media platforms to tell others about the event, U.S. Pain Foundation, and the need to support this effort!

What Fight Gone Bad Supports:

Fight Gone Bad supports the programs of the U.S. Pain Foundation – an organization created by people with pain for people with pain. Their goal: to educate and empower patients to be the managers of their journeys while increasing societal awareness and improving access to all forms of treatment.
For five years, CrossFit Los Altos has been hosting this fundraiser that support’s U.S. Pain Foundation programs, especially the INvisible Project.

The INvisible Project strives to make the invisible aspect of chronic conditions visible. Besides traveling displays and a large online presence, a print magazine highlights the bravery and perseverance of pain warriors through stories and photos. This powerful campaign offers hope and inspiration while demonstrating why people with pain need and deserve more help, treatment options, and research. Learn more at:
