Mindfulness Meditation this Holiday Season
The holidays can be hectic on their own — add chronic pain into the mix, and it can quickly feel overwhelming. To support you during this season, the U.S. Pain Foundation is offering additional Sunday mindfulness and meditation sessions with Christie Cox — patient advocate, author, and trained volunteer peer support group leader.
